Every quarter, our Town Halls are an opportunity to share the performance of our businesses and the main projects underway with the entire corporate population. Each department also organises periodical international meetings that are opportunities to meet and network with colleagues from around the world.

As a Worldwide Coffee Family, we value and encourage opportunities for our people to share moments of work and leisure. In December, we organise a big party at our Nuvola headquarters to celebrate the year we’ve spent together and welcome in the new one. There’s also no lack during the year of opportunities to meet and activities organised by our people to nurture relationships with colleagues, including outside working hours.
